Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Football Pilot, you enter into a binding agreement with us on these terms.

2. Description of service

Football Pilot provides AI-generated football match analysis, including daily match lists, match predictions, confidence ratings, and risk indicators. The service is informational and analytical only.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Football Pilot Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Pricing is shown in the app store before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies; we do not issue refunds directly.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

5. FP token economy

Free users receive FP to open a match analysis. FP can be earned by watching rewarded ads or via daily bonuses. FP has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and may expire or be reset. We may adjust how FP is earned or spent as the service evolves.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Misuse the FP, ad, or subscription systems
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the service without permission

7. No guarantee of results

All predictions are probabilistic analysis produced by statistical models. They do not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the service.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Football Pilot. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Pilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.

11. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, matches, or the entire service at any time, without notice, except where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
