This Privacy Policy explains how Football Pilot (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Football Pilot mobile app and this website. We aim to be transparent about what we collect and why.
1. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. The types of information involved are:
Account data
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier and email address you choose to share (Apple’s “Hide My Email” is supported). This lets us keep your preferences and purchases synced to your account.
Usage & technical data
Basic device and usage information such as device type, app version, language preference, and coarse diagnostic data needed to keep the service stable and secure. We do not build advertising profiles from this.
Purchase data
Payments are processed by Apple and Google. We never see or store your full card details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active, so we can unlock Pro features.
Push notification identifiers
If you enable notifications, a device token is generated to deliver match and product updates you’ve asked for.
Advertising identifier
In the free experience we show ads through Google AdMob, which may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this from your device privacy settings.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide your account, sync your preferences, and restore purchases
- Deliver match lists, AI analysis, and the features you request
- Operate the FP token and rewarded-ad system for free users
- Process subscriptions and unlock Pro features
- Send push notifications you have enabled
- Keep the service secure, debug issues, and prevent abuse
3. Third-party services
Football Pilot relies on the following third-party services. Each one is governed by its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Account, sign-in & data deletion
Signing in is optional for browsing, but required to sync preferences and purchases. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support email. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request.
6. Children’s privacy
Football Pilot is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support email. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in a country different from your own. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
